Refunds and Returns

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products and services. However, if you are not, please contact us to discuss your concerns and options.

Most of our orders are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once the order is completed. Some non-custom products, such as pre-printed stickers or decals, can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please return them within 14 days to the following address:

Be sure to use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit. We will either replace the faulty items or issue a full refund, including the delivery charge.

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear on your credit/debit card account. We do not accept returns for incorrect material orders, but we offer a free sample service to ensure the materials meet your needs before purchasing.

Clothing & Branding

Products and items supplied by Dynamite Branding are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. 

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size/colour/item. 

This excludes any order supplied or branded by us, however no items that have been branded by us will be refunded after the 30 day date of receipt and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that any and all branding is correct so that any default items that have been wrongly branded by us can be rectified within the 30 day returns time frame.

All items returned must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging. 

Goods will be inspected by us on their return and prior to any exchange or refund. 

The goods are your responsibility until they are received by Dynamite Branding.

Please ensure the packages you return are well sealed and securely packaged to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

We do not offer a free returns service. 

We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them if this falls within the 30 day time period for returns.

All refunds will be for clothing only. We cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

If you wish to return goods for exchange or refunds, you can either send the goods back using their original packaging with a courier of your choice or return directly to our shop in person.

We strongly advise that you use a recorded method of postage to return the goods to us (check which is appropriate with carrier). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
