BRANDING
BRANDING
We started with Happy Embroidery Machines and we have continued to use them as they have never let us down. These machines are the workhorse of our embroidery section and our many clients continue to be amazed at what we achieve using them.
While many companies opt for multi head machines, our single heads offer far more flexibility.
Contact us today to find out what they can do for you.
EMBROIDERY
While embroidery doesn’t offer many real variations, other than the brand and use of either single head or multi head options… Print has several variations to choose from.
PRINTING

Cad Cut Print has been around for years and is usually associated with numbers and names on the back of sports shirts. It’s not really a print at all in the usual sense.
It is in fact a way of cutting vinyl that is garment friendly as well as graphic friendly. Once the vinyl is cut, it can then be put onto a garment by way of a heat press. It’s use isn’t just reserved for sports shirts and can be used for other things such as workwear and leisure wear, single colour graphics and as an affordable option for many jobs.

Vinyl Print is a step up from Cad Cut vinyl, but not too dissimilar in many ways. Also known as a wide format print, this can be used for more than just clothing.
Jobs such as signage, PVC banners, stickers, graphics, vehicle graphics, floor graphics and many other jobs can be completed on our wide format vinyl printer. For clothing we can print full colour images, photos and cartoons for promotional work and events such as stag and hen parties.

Apart from our merch catalogue (where we offer over 100,000 items of promo merch and where we mainly cater for larger orders) we can also offer smaller amounts which we do ourselves “In House”.
Sublimation print covers work on mugs, mouse mats, coasters and many other items.

DTG Print, otherwise known as Direct To Garment, is an exciting way of printing that has only really been around since 2008. Before DTG came on the scene, silk screen printing was the only way you could get a retail-feel quality print onto a t- shirt, hoodie or sweatshirt. Unfortunately for many, Screen Print technology is out of the question as short runs are just too expensive to consider.
DTG has now solved that problem with small runs completed with ease and by offering a realistic and affordable option. DTG really works best on high percentage cotton fabrics, such as 100% cotton, although it can work on as low as 80% cotton and 20% other fabrics. When used on 100% ring spun cotton or organic cotton, the print really comes to life with vivid colours, and from the softer flatter surface comes a smooth retail quality finish.

Where DTG is unable to go, DTF takes over.
DTF which simply for Direct To Film, is a way of printing onto mixed fabrics and 100% Nylon and Polyester with ease. With DTF printing, we use a DTG printer but in the opposite way to how a DTG printer usually works. With DTG prints we print the white base first and then add colour (CMYK) with DTG. With the DTF version – full colour gets printed first and then white is added to form a print.
The clear film is then dusted with a powdered eco glue dust and then shaken to remove any excess dust and then heat pressed to cook the adhesive before finally being heat pressed onto the chosen garment or accessory.
The result is pretty amazing and opens up new possibilities for printing onto sports shirts, leather, caps and even socks, in fact just about anything is possible with this type of printing technique.
